Requirements:
• BS degree in Computer Science
• Practical working knowledge of modern optical backbone network standards (DWDM, OTN) and protocols
• Excellent interpersonal skills, experience of work in a customer-facing team
• Native Russian speaker, fluent English, Moscow area resident (it is desirable)
Duties:
• Be a local delegate of Technical Support
• Manage the entire lifecycle of tech support cases from the local perspective
• Understand the importance and priority, track all cases and drive them to the resolution
• Stay in close touch with the customer, attend case reviews
• Implementation of the recommendations of Tech Support
