CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer for a company specializing in creating successful products based on advanced ML/DL technologies.

Role: As Chief Operating Officer, you will work with the CEO to
Ensure operational success.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO;
• Provide executive leadership for sales, marketing, customer service and technology teams;
• Work with CEO to develop budgets and manage profit and loss to ensure growth and profitability;
• Create a culture of execution and achievement.

Requirements:

• Experience of 6 years or more in a leadership role in a technology or retail company;
• Experience leading an international team in a global marketplace for 6 years or more, preferably with a Start-up;
• Experience building and leading high performing teams;
• Ability to promote an overall strategic vision, inspire collaboration, and drive positive results;
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching your team;
• Knowledge of the Russian language.
