We are looking for a great Product Owner who will lead the company’s core product — the trading platform.
Responsibilities:
● Create and maintain the product roadmap
● Managing and prioritizing backlog
● Define software acceptance criteria, requirements and specifications
● Work closely with development teams
● Perform the acceptance verification together with the QA engineers and other stakeholders
● Monitoring and ensuring consistency across products
● Advising and integrating business analysis techniques standards
Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in creating digital B2C products;
● huge experience in Discovery: your experience includes a lot of tested hypotheses, at least five of them improved the product and earned a lot of money;
● you know how to justify product decisions using numbers and research, and also know how to present these decisions
● you understand the FinTech market of the world
● excellent management skills — you have conducted hundreds of job interviews and initiated a few dismissals =)
