Senior UX designer

European company occupying a leading position in the field of transfers to ski resorts. In the market for over 15 years, over 70,000 satisfied customers from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create journey maps and user flows to improve UX and conversion rates;
• Design wireframes, UI mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma;
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines;
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing conducted by researchers;
• Work closely with product and development to align product and design vision and implementation;
• Study UX industry trends, learn best practices, and innovative approaches, and implement insights into the work process.

Expectation:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.
• Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, UX and UI principles, and accessibility standards.
• The candidate must have experience with 1 or more of the following types of work:
  • Travel and tourism
  • E-commerce web platforms
  • Complex information-dense interfaces
  • Unconventional or unique UX / UI
  • Cross-platform approach

Will be +:

• Knowledge of Adobe XD and Sketch;
• Experience in an Agile environment;
• Familiarity and understanding of web front-end technologies;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
