      Business Development Manager [Payment processing]

      The key goal for the Head of Business Development role is to take the ownership of the business development role for the payment processing business unit.

      Key business processes

      Business development and onboarding process. Business development process (obtaining strategic partnerships and opening new channels and regions for the payment processing). Cross-department interactions with the Legal and Compliance team. Working closely with the Integrations and Operations teams. Reporting directly to the Company c-level and shareholders.

      Business Development Manager

      • Development of the new partnerships with service providers according to the company’s business development plan;
      • Supervising full onboarding process of the new service providers;
      • Maintaining good relationship with the onboarded service providers;
      • Constant improvement of the quality and quantity of the services provided by service providers;
      • Participating in the international events and exhibitions;
      • Regular reporting to the CBDO

      Business Development Manager required experience and background

      • Actual experience in the similar role with the track record not less than five years;
      • Strong knowledge of the financial markets and merchant payment processing (card acquiring, APM’s);
      • Experience in working with the following merchant categories: Forex, Crypto, iGaming;
      • Proven track record in establishing strong partnerships with the credit card acquiring partners worldwide;
      • Proven track record in establishing strong partnerships with the payment gateways in the following regions: South East Asia, India, LATAM;
      • Microsoft office advanced user;
      • CRM, Helpdesk and Project management systems advanced user;
      • Knowledge of Asana, Freshdesk, Jira will be an advantage;
      • Bachelor degree in Finance or Technical science will be an advantage;
      • English language proficient level (C1).

      Successful candidate soft skills

      • Strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing;
      • Strong leadership skills;
      • Self-starter.
