Purpose of the post
To ensure the achievement of the company’s sales targets in the Germany market by effectively leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategy initiatives. Oversee the efficient administrative and financial operations of company.
Purpose of the post
- 80 per cent sales development and 20 per cent administration;
- Management of the sales department, optimisation of the sales team, implementation of the sales plan;
- Sales Strategy Development and Implementation;
- Market Research and Analysis;
- Customer Relationship Management;
- Administrative Management;
- Financial Management;
- Business Development and Network Expansion;
- Risk Management and Compliance;
- Creation of a unified database describing the capabilities of the company’s legacy products;
- Ensure revenue from sales of all products of at least 500 thousand euros during the year — ensure that the revenue from existing clients remains stable.
Requirements:
- Higher education in business, sales, marketing or equivalent (An MBA will be considered an asset);
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in an international company;
- Experience in managing a sales team of 4 people or more and developing sales strategies;
- Upsell of existing customers;
- Personal sales experience to enterprises;
- Experience in dealing with transactions with a cycle of 1 to 6 months and with cheques from 5000 euros per year;
- Build rigid business processes and control their execution;
- Understanding of telecoms, voice robots, SMS messaging, call automation, integrations and related products;
- Personnel management, creation and control of tasks and KPIs, dismissal of irrelevant people;
- Knowledge of languages: German — native or fluent, English — B2 to communicate with the team.
