CTO / Technical Product Manager (Fintech & Crypto)
We’re looking for a technical leader to drive product and infrastructure development in a fintech/crypto environment.
What you’ll do:
• Audit APIs, integrations, and platform architecture
• Build and prioritize the technical roadmap
• Oversee payment infrastructure, crypto processing, and B2B integrations
• Improve KYC/KYB, AML, transaction monitoring, and anti-fraud systems
• Work closely with founders, legal teams, and regulators
Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years in fintech, crypto, payments, or acquiring
✔️ Experience with fiat ↔️ crypto on/off-ramp solutions
✔️ Understanding of payment systems (SEPA, Visa/Mastercard), APIs, and system architecture
✔️ Knowledge of AML/CFT and compliance processes
✔️ Fluent Polish or Latvian, English B2+
