Responsibilities:

• English Proficiency (C2);
• Be a bright visionary who will oversee the growth strategy in close collaboration with the founding team;
• Be the voice of the community and one of the key decision makers in the company;
• Work with a marketing agency and assemble an internal team as needed.

Prerequisites:

• 5+ years of experience;
• Proven experience of leading product and marketing strategies in early-stage tech startups;
• Data-driven approach to building technical communities;
• Overall experience in building communities from scratch, with media campaign management;
• Knowledge of Web3 community with proven personal involvement;
• Ability to communicate to both product development team and technical community members to align product; implementation with company strategy.

 Will be a plus:

• Understanding of islamic finance principles will be an advantage.

• Ability to communicate with both the product development team and members of the technical community to align product implementation with company strategy;
• Excellent project management, analytical and writing skills;
• Extremely effective communicator, presenter, and influencer;
• Integrity when dealing with highly confidential material.
