Responsibilities:
- English Proficiency (C2);
- Be a bright visionary who will oversee the growth strategy in close collaboration with the founding team;
- Be the voice of the community and one of the key decision makers in the company;
- Work with a marketing agency and assemble an internal team as needed.
Prerequisites:
- 5+ years of experience;
- Proven experience of leading product and marketing strategies in early-stage tech startups;
- Data-driven approach to building technical communities;
- Overall experience in building communities from scratch, with media campaign management;
- Knowledge of Web3 community with proven personal involvement;
- Ability to communicate to both product development team and technical community members to align product; implementation with company strategy.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of islamic finance principles will be an advantage.

- Ability to communicate with both the product development team and members of the technical community to align product implementation with company strategy;
- Excellent project management, analytical and writing skills;
- Extremely effective communicator, presenter, and influencer;
