Senior Product Manager / Product Owner.

European company occupying a leading position in the field of transfers to ski resorts.

The ideal candidate has:

• 4 years or more of product management experience.
• A high level of independence and proactive, results-oriented.
• Knowledge of core product management approaches and frameworks: CJM, Story Mapping, Value Added Chain, UX design, Lean Canvas, Customer Development Process, ICE prioritization.
• Ability to create a seamless online-to-offline user experience.
• Understanding of key technology approaches (APIs, SDKs, core architectural elements, mobile app development).
• Ability to work with complex product systems that have two sides (in our case a new product, partner and tourist ski passes).
• English at least at C1 level.
• Experience in industries such as Travel Tech, Transfer, Delivery, (Indrive, Yandex Taxi, etc.), in marketplaces such as Ozon, Yandex.
• Experience in creating a product from scratch.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with AI.
• Good understanding of marketing processes and approaches.

Objectives:

• Researching the current state of the ski travel industry (with researchers).
• Conducting interviews with skiers for customer research.
• Building a Customer Journey Map (CJM) for a custom product and designing the user experience (UX).
• Developing the user interface (UI) of the product in collaboration with the designer.
• Managing timelines, risks and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the development team on the technical vision for the product (how it will be designed “under the hood”).
• Setting goals for the development team.
• Building the PnL model.
• Monitoring key business metrics.
