The ideal candidate has:
- 4 years or more of product management experience.
- A high level of independence and proactive, results-oriented.
- Knowledge of core product management approaches and frameworks: CJM, Story Mapping, Value Added Chain, UX design, Lean Canvas, Customer Development Process, ICE prioritization.
- Ability to create a seamless online-to-offline user experience.
- Understanding of key technology approaches (APIs, SDKs, core architectural elements, mobile app development).
- Ability to work with complex product systems that have two sides (in our case a new product, partner and tourist ski passes).
- English at least at C1 level.
- Experience in industries such as Travel Tech, Transfer, Delivery, (Indrive, Yandex Taxi, etc.), in marketplaces such as Ozon, Yandex.
- Experience in creating a product from scratch.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with AI.
- Good understanding of marketing processes and approaches.
Objectives:
- Researching the current state of the ski travel industry (with researchers).
- Conducting interviews with skiers for customer research.
- Building a Customer Journey Map (CJM) for a custom product and designing the user experience (UX).
- Developing the user interface (UI) of the product in collaboration with the designer.
- Managing timelines, risks and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the development team on the technical vision for the product (how it will be designed “under the hood”).
- Setting goals for the development team.
- Building the PnL model.
- Monitoring key business metrics.
