We are a young and ambitious team that creates merchandise that people truly love — branded apparel, stylish accessories and promotional products for both B2B and B2C clients. We’re now looking for a Sales Manager with energy and drive to help us grow even faster!
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and Russian.
- 2+ years of experience in sales (experience in merch, textile, or advertising is a plus).
- Strong in negotiation, client relationship building and closing deals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Attracting new clients and developing relationships with existing ones.
- Preparing offers and negotiating contracts.
- Managing deals from first call to delivery.
- Working from a comfortable centrally located office in Warsaw.
What we offer:
- Base salary 8,000–15,000 PLN gross + % from sales.
- Contract options: B2B or Umowa zlecenia with the opportunity to switch to Umowa o pracę.
- 3-month trial period.
- Full-time Monday to Friday.
