      We are a young and ambitious team that creates merchandise that people truly love — branded apparel, stylish accessories and promotional products for both B2B and B2C clients. We’re now looking for a Sales Manager with energy and drive to help us grow even faster!


      Requirements

      • Fluent in Polish and Russian.
      • 2+ years of experience in sales (experience in merch, textile, or advertising is a plus).
      • Strong in negotiation, client relationship building and closing deals.


      What you’ll be doing:

      • Attracting new clients and developing relationships with existing ones.
      • Preparing offers and negotiating contracts.
      • Managing deals from first call to delivery.
      • Working from a comfortable centrally located office in Warsaw.


      What we offer:

      • Base salary 8,000–15,000 PLN gross + % from sales.
      • Contract options: B2B or Umowa zlecenia with the opportunity to switch to Umowa o pracę.
      • 3-month trial period.
      • Full-time Monday to Friday.
