To ensure effective retention of the company’s clients in Cyprus, we are looking for a leader for the position of Retention Manager
Registration: official in the staff of the company when relocating to Cyprus. Other types of employment are discussed individually.
In search of Retention- manager for a modern company in the field of gambling.
You will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of retention strategies: creation and implementation of loyalty programs, bonus offers and promotions adapted to different player segments (newcomers, VIP, inactive).
- Development and launch of trigger campaigns to prevent churn.
- Customer experience personalization: analyzing gaming behavior to segment the audience and create personalized offers.
- Data analysis and reporting: monitoring key metrics (LTV, churn rate, ARPU, CPA, etc.).
- Segmentation of the player base by various parameters (activity, deposit frequency, amount of bets, etc.).
- Working with inactive players: development and implementation of reanimation campaigns to bring back inactive users, offering personalized motivational offers.
- Controlling the player lifecycle: developing and implementing strategies to maintain interest in the product at all stages of user interaction.
We expect that you already have:
- 2 years or more in the role of Retention Manager or a similar position in the gaming industry
- Understanding of the principles of working with CRM systems and analytical tools.
- Experience with various communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications).
